This website is owned and operated by A N Spice Industries, an MSME National Award-winning food processing enterprise with its registered manufacturing unit situated at Abhayapuri, District Bongaigaon, Assam – 783384, India.

2. Product Accuracy & Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
• Because our pickles, pastes, and teas are handcrafted from seasonal indigenous agricultural harvests (such as fresh Bhut Jolokia, Bamboo Shoot, and Kaji Nemu), slight natural color or heat variations between batches are a hallmark of authentic artisanal food.
• We reserve the right to revise product prices or discontinue items based on seasonal crop availability without prior notice.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge prior to dispatch by emailing our support team with your Order ID. Once an order has been picked up by our courier logistics partners and issued an AWB tracking number, it cannot be cancelled mid-transit.

4. Intellectual Property

All brand names, product titles, recipe concepts, packaging graphics, logos, and textual materials on this website are the intellectual property of A N Spice Industries. Any reproduction, re-packaging, or commercial exploitation without written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any transactional disputes arising out of or related to your purchase shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bongaigaon, Assam.
